Still plodding on
Haven't updated my diary post for about 4/5 weeks. At my last entry I was just changing from Total to Lite and had another 12 lbs to loose to hit my target weight of 4 stone. Obviously things have slowed up since re-introducing a meal each day but I have continued to loose a little each week and now have 6 1/2 lbs to go to hit my target. I am now wishing I had stayed on total for a couple more weeks as this wouldn't of made the last stone so hard to shift - but hey we live and learn. The good news is that even with re-introucing food I am continuing to loose. How is everyone else doing?
