Welcome to the Jubilee Challenge! This starts from tomorrow (Mon 9th April) and goes through to midnight on the last Jubilee bank holiday (Tues 5th June) - so 8 weeks and 1 day.
In that time I have lots of time away from class including (hopefully) a holiday. Am intending to stick to plan though. My personal target for this challenge is 14 lbs - and that would take me to goal!!!
Anyone fancy joining me in this challenge? Just reply to this thread and say what your target is and then come on and update. Your target could be weight related, or fitness related or clothing related, or whatever suits you. I'll try to keep track of everything and summarise where we are as a group. Good luck everyone!
