Hi Everyone, First day on LLL and only a stone to lose (the sooner the better :)) Think i've done ok, about to have my last pack for supper later on. I had a prawn salad for dinner with a side of veg and i was about to add beansprouts to my salad but realised they are not on the list!! Any idea if we can have them- i thought they are just full of water? Thanks Claire :)

    I have just read that 1 cup of Beansprouts are included in Phase 2 of RTM, so not sure about LLL. How are you doing?

    According to the Collins gem Carb Counter 25g of beansprouts contains 2g of carbs (net carbs 1.25). I don't know if that helps?!
