Starving!!

Hi new to this and trying to get my head around what i can eat.... is there anything quick that can be done. i wanted to have an cheese and ham omelette for dinner but realised i cannot have ham and eggs :(. also cant stand plain water i like robinsons squash cant have that. i'm feeling a bit disheartened and would really appreciate some help. i will succeed! :) thanks xx

    You can have ham and eggs - but adjust the portions - you could have 3/4 of the egg portion and 1/4 of the ham portion. Also, you can have sparkling water - which I drink a lot of. You can also get water flavourings from your LLC.
